  • I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do..

    We are truly sorry for this inconvenience!  If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at kstarmakeup@gmail.com and we will do our best to locate and send your order!

  • Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

    You do not have to pay sales tax, but may be subject to customs duties depending on order amount and shipping country.

  • When will you ship my order?

    We usually process all orders within 1-2 business days. It may take additional 1-3 business days for out-of-stock items.

  • Are your products 100% authentic? Where are they f..

    All of our products are 100% authentic and are sourced directly from South Korea.

  • I placed an order but did not receive an order or ..

    In the event you did not receive an order confirmation, please email us at kstarmakeup@gmail.com.

  • What is the currency?

    All of our products are stated in US dollar. You may pay using a different currency when you pay with Paypal.

  • Can I exchange a product?

    We do not offer exchanges on any of our products.

  • What is your return policy?

    We truly hope that our customers will enjoy and love the products they purchased from Kstarmakeup.com.  In the event that you don’t like the products you received, we are here to help.

    We take returns on new and unopened products within 14 days. Any opened or used items will not be offered refunds or exchanges. We will not be able to refund your original shipping charges. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping charges.

     

    *Returning items should be postmarked by the 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. All returns after 14 calendar days from the date you received the orders will not be accepted. The purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

     

    Steps for a refund:

    1. Send us an email at kstarmakeup@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of your package with your order number, the name of the product, and reasons for returning your items.
    2. Once we review your return request, we will contact you via email with your return eligibility.
  • Where can I find my tracking number?

    Once we process your order, your tracking number will be sent to you via email if you chose the EMS shipping option. Also, you can go here for one-click tracking visibility.

  • Is the date printed on your products the expiratio..

    Most Korean cosmetic products have manufacturing date on the products instead of the expiration date.  Normally, the date is usually followed by the word “제조”, which means “manufacture” in Korean.

     

    We value our customers and fully understand the importance of selling fresh cosmetics, so we would never sell cosmetics that have expired. If you are still unsure about the expiration date of the product you purchased, feel free to contact us at kstarmakeup@gmail.com.

  • When will you ship my order?

    All orders usually take 1~3 business days if they are in stock.  However, if your order is not in stock, it may take a few more days to process your order.

  • How does your shipping work?

    We ship out all orders from South Korea via Economy and EMS. In the near future, we will be offering K-Packet delivery option as well.  During the checkout, you can choose the delivery option that best suits you.


    Economy

    We gladly provide free shipping to U.S. and international orders above $65!

    Orders below $65 will be charged based on weight. You can check the shipping fee after you choose your delivery option.

     

    *Economy shipping is the cheapest shipping option. The estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 13-30 business days and may take longer due to international shipping issues.  However, the average time it takes for Economy shipment is 2~3 weeks. There is no tracking number for Economy. 

     

    EMS (Express Shipping)

    EMS shipping, which is the most reliable and fastest shipping option, is not free and will be charged based on the product weight.  You can choose your shipping option while you check out.

     

    *EMS delivery time is much faster than Economy and is highly reliable. The estimated delivery time for U.S. orders is 3-6 business days and may take longer due to international shipping issues.  

    The tracking number is available.

     

    Please note that we do not guarantee delivery time and will not refund you for delayed delivery.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?


    Currently, we are accepting Paypal only. However, more payment options will be available in the near future!
